    I have heard this out of peoples mouths. If you hear anything like this from a client or prospective client, stop and run very fast...

    * I don't care about usability
    * I don't use the internet so I won't look at the site when it's done
    * I don't care about users
    * I expect 100,000 hits a second at launch
    * I want to be number one on Google for the keyword "Google"
    * I want my logo to rotate
    * I want the most flashy thing you've ever made, everything should move in and out
    * I only want my site to be in the Missouri section of the world-wide-web
    * I want you to build a facebook youtube social network myspace twitter for horses

    ...seriously...and that's all I can think of right now.

    Really, the internet is not going to last...it's just a fad. I can totally understand where your client is coming from:)
